Soft-Close is a functional mechanism that slows down and closes the sliding door. It improves the stability and smooth running of the door's sliding motion, allowing the door to close gently and silently.
It is made of plastic and steel. It is available as a right and left version for mounting at the right or left end of the guide rail respectively. It is compatible with all of our Smart sliding systems.
Soft-Close for sliding doors is mounted from the inside directly onto the guide rail. It requires no drilling and is invisible from the front. It can be mounted at both ends of the guide rail to ensure that the door's movement is slowed down both into the fully open position and into the closed position.
The closing delay provides safety and ease of use. It protects the door from damage and minimises the risk of uncontrolled impacts and the associated potential noise.
