Die Tür empfehle ich auf jeden Fall weiter
Die Tür ist super schön! Aufbau war ok, hat etwas länger gedauert. Die Tür ist ein echter Hingucker. Sie läuft gut (etwas schwer, was ich aber nicht schlimm finde). Bestellung war etwas holprig, da ich keine Bestätigung bekommen habe ob die Bestellung eingegangen ist und ich da erst nachhaken musste. Lieferung war pünktlich und lief gut. Leider wurde ein Griff vergessen. Die Reklamation dazu war leider eine Katastrophe, da ich lange keine Rückmeldung dazu bekommen habe. Der Griff wurde dann aber nach längerer Zeit nachgeliefert. Die Tür empfehle ich auf jeden Fall weiter, Kundenservice ist definitiv zu verbessern.
