Gerne bestätige ich, dass die Abwicklung dieses Projekts von der Bestellung an über die (freundliche und hilfsbereite) Anlieferung bis zur Abrechnung prima geklappt hat. Das Zubehör war komplett und der eigenhändige Aufbau gelang dank der guten Anleitung relativ einfach, obwohl das erhebliche Gewicht der großen Spiegeltür besondere Umsicht erforderte. Die erhoffte Wirkung wurde erreicht und wir sind sehr zufrieden.
Die Tür wurde unbeschädigt geliefert und ich habe sie ohne Probleme einbauen können. Ich bin mit der Wahl zufrieden. Die Qualität ist gut und die Teile zum Einbau waren komplett.
The door looks great and the installation was easy. I am glad to have chosen the door form Reno. At first there was a little bit of confusion about the delivery process. The delivery company was switched and then unfortunately the door was damaged upon arrival. Rabiana at Reno was great and very helpful in getting a new door manufactured and shipped to us without hesitation and without extra cost. I was so relieved to know that a new door is coming our way. Rabiana also inquired if everything went right. Again customer service, contact and reply rate was great. I definitely recommend Reno.
