Floor Guide "L" Extended

The floor guide L is a component of the sliding door system. It keeps the door in a vertical position, allows free movement, and prevents tilting. The extended version is used where standard floor guides are too short.

Special Applications of the Extended Floor Guide:

• Free access to switches, outlets or other wall elements: This solution is useful when, for example, a light switch is located near the door opening. The extended floor guide allows you to push the open door further toward the wall, completely exposing elements that would otherwise be covered by the door in a standard installation.
• Creating extended track lines (lower slide rails): This solution is used for projects that require complete stability of non-standard doors over an extended sliding path.

Note: When choosing an extended floor guide, ensure that the upper guide rail is also correspondingly longer.

The floor guide is mounted directly to the floor with screws, with the horizontal arm pointing inward (toward the wall). The door must have special routing that accommodates the vertical arm of the floor guide. Unlike standard models, the "L" extended floor guide remains visible on the floor when the door is fully open.
