The TOP WALL system is a direct-to-wall mounting solution that combines pure minimalism with outstanding functionality. It is designed for anyone who wants the benefits of sliding doors without the visible decorative hardware typical of barn-door systems. It is also an excellent alternative for interiors with a low lintel, where there is no room to install tall rails.
With the TOP WALL system, the guide rail is mounted directly above the doorway, while the carriages are fixed to the top edge of the door leaf. The entire sliding mechanism remains concealed inside the rail, making it virtually invisible to the user. The system supports both wooden and metal doors up to approximately 250 cm high and ensures smooth, stable movement regardless of the door leaf’s weight.
-- Discreet design: The running mechanism concealed inside the rail gives the structure a light visual appearance and keeps attention focused entirely on the door’s design.
-- Smooth and quiet movement: Rollers with high-quality bearings ensure near-silent operation and effortless movement of the door leaf.
-- Soft-close system: The integrated damping mechanism safely catches the door at the end of its travel and gently draws it into the closed position.
-- High load capacity: The system is designed for heavy door leaves, making it suitable for both metal doors and substantial solid-wood models.
-- Adjustment and stability: The system allows you to adjust both the distance between the door and the wall and the clearance between the door leaf and the floor, ensuring consistently stable guidance.
-- You value a minimalist appearance: Choose it when you want a system that does not dominate the room and forms a harmonious, clean surface with the door.
-- Low lintel: Ideal when there is no space above the doorway for decorative rollers and tall barn-door rails.
-- Challenging installation locations: Ideal where conventional systems are unsuitable or do not fit the interior design, such as doorways beneath a sloped ceiling.
