Cancellation of an order
In case when the ordered item is a prefabricated product (sliding system, accessories), customers have the right to cancel the order within 14 days without stating a reason. The cost of direct return of goods are covered by the customer (unless RENO Sp. z o.o. previously agreed to pay them).
In case when the ordered item is a non-prefabricated product, e.g. the door, the above right to cancel the order is not available to the customer. Each of our doors is made to order and therefore is a non-prefabricated product!

In case of cancellation of the order by the Customer, the Customer is obliged to return the goods to the following address:

If the product has defects or is damaged, please submit a complaint.

The complaint will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the claim.
