Industrial sliding door - 21st century style
The spacious interiors, a minimal colour palette, moderate and rawness spaces - these are the characteristics of the industrial style, in which all elements can be stylized to show signs of ageing. And that's not surprising, because in the 1950s artists began to find their place in abandoned warehouses, factories, and lonely rooms, filling the void with their own visions of the interior and some random furniture that didn't necessarily match. This style is still fashionable today and also includes industrial sliding doors.
This latest fashion trend fits perfectly in rooms with high ceilings and tall windows. The interiors are dominated by what used to be no reason to boast, namely wood, glass, concrete, posts, installations and cables. Since this style loves to show elements that somehow associate with factories, it loves metal rails and industrial sliding doors that move on those tracks.
Industrial sliding door - ideal for loft rooms
Industrial-style sliding doors are made of black powder-coated metal, with glass or wood elements added, focusing on the proper design, and creating raw shapes. Such doors are a perfect match for interiors with the same elements, i.e. metal, glass, but also cold concrete. This style creates an interior with character that is absolutely focused on innovative solutions and is suitable for the 21st century, far from tradition but at the same time practical.
These models are trendy!
Noteworthy is the Lara model, the industrial style sliding doors consisting of a mirror in a metal frame with integrated hangers. The model with a mirror will be useful in the hallway, bedroom, wardrobe, but also in shops, especially for women’s clothing or cosmetics, as customers in these shops will look for their reflection among other things to check whether the selected cosmetic fits their face. This version of the industrial sliding door, in which the hangers are integrated in the frame, ensures their stability and durability. The Atelier, Glasso and Verriere models also have integrated hangers.
Something for a small and something for a larger interior
The Atelier model will look great in both small and large spaces and will allow those who have decided to buy it, to participate in the choice of the final version. It is the customer who decides which material is used to fill four separate parts of the door. Possible options are glass or steel, as befits a modern style. Let's add that you don't have to worry about glass breaking, for example due to drafts because safety glass is used here. The Loft model of sliding door looks great in rooms filled with wood.
